Take a pressure cooker put water add salt,turmeric,dal,whole garlic,ginger,green chilli,ajwain ,hing and mustard oil take a 1 whistle after 1 whistle cook dal in slow heat at 1 hour.
Take a wok put oil add garlic saute then add ginger and onion saute add all spices and tomato puree mix then add dal and stir for 5 minutes.
