Ingredients

  • Black urad 1 bowl


  • Rajma 1/2bowl


  • Garlic cloves 5pcs


  • Ginger chop 1tsp


  • Green chilli chop 2


  • Hing 1/2tsp


  • Ajwain 1 tsp


  • Salt 2 tsp


  • Turmeric 1/4tsp


  • Mustard oil 2tsp


  • Oil 1tbsp


  • Red chilli 1/2tsp


  • Garam masala 1/4tsp


  • Chop onion 2


  • Chop garlic 1tsp


  • Chop ginger 1tsp


  • Tomato puree 1/2cup


  • Fresh cream 2tsp

Directions

  • Take a dal and rajma wash and soaked at 6 hours.
  • Take a pressure cooker put water add salt,turmeric,dal,whole garlic,ginger,green chilli,ajwain ,hing and mustard oil take a 1 whistle after 1 whistle cook dal in slow heat at 1 hour.
  • Take a wok put oil add garlic saute then add ginger and onion saute add all spices and tomato puree mix then add dal and stir for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes serve dal garnish fresh cream.
